MAC ALLURING AQUATIC COLLECTION

I’m a bit of a sucker for the limited collections at Mac and when I saw this packaging I just couldn’t resist.

I went for a blush and a lipstick although I wanted it ALL. Round of applause for my self-restraint please.

I got the blush in ‘SEE ME HEAR ME’. Mac describe it as a ‘beige pink’ but I would say it’s more of a plummy colour.

Either way it’s BEAUTIFUL!

I chose the lipstick in ‘GODDESS OF THE SEA’ a cremesheen finish, so perfect for my dry lips. I initially went for it as it’s quite similar to PLUMFUL, which as my blog’s name suggests is my favourite Mac lippie. It’s a bit darker than Plumful. I thought this colour would go great with the blush. That was my way of justifying getting more than one thing… 

All in all I was pretty impressed with this collection. I went back a few days after it launched to get the other blush in ‘SEDUCED AT SEA’ and the dark plum lipgloss in ‘MODERN LURE’ as I thought it would look great over REBEL lipstick, but obviously they had sold out… *CRIES* Note to self – next time get it then and there!
